AGF Return Policy
AGF Manufacturing sells exclusively through select authorized distributors. Product returns are accepted only from authorized AGF distributors and must be approved in advance through a Return Goods Authorization, also known as an RGA.
Returns submitted by contractors, end users, installers, resellers, or any party other than an authorized AGF distributor will not be accepted. Customers who purchased AGF products through a distributor should contact that distributor directly regarding any return request.
To request a return, the authorized distributor must contact AGF Manufacturing and request an RGA prior to sending any product back.
Products returned without an approved RGA may be refused and returned to the sender.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by AGF Manufacturing. Approval of an RGA does not guarantee credit. Returned products must be inspected before credit is issued.
Products must be returned in sellable condition, in their original packaging, and free from damage, markings, modifications, or signs of installation unless otherwise approved by AGF Manufacturing.
AGF Manufacturing is not responsible for return freight. Freight costs for returned products are the responsibility of the authorized distributor unless otherwise approved in writing by AGF Manufacturing.
Obsolete products are nonreturnable.
AGF Manufacturing reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.
Warranty Returns
Warranty-related return requests are handled separately from standard product returns. If a product is believed to be defective or covered under AGF Manufacturing’s warranty, the authorized distributor must contact AGF Manufacturing to request review and authorization before returning the product.
A Return Goods Authorization, also known as an RGA, is required for all warranty-related returns. Products returned for warranty review without an approved RGA may be refused and returned to the sender.
Warranty return requests may require supporting information, including the original invoice number, product information, installation details, photos, description of the issue, and any other documentation requested by AGF Manufacturing.
Issuance of an RGA for warranty review does not guarantee warranty approval, replacement, or credit. Returned products will be inspected by AGF Manufacturing to determine whether the product qualifies under the applicable warranty.
If the product is determined to be covered under warranty, AGF Manufacturing may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit for the product in accordance with its warranty terms.
